- Please stay home if you don't feel well.
- Wear a face mask in the entrance area.
- Disinfect the hands at the entrance. You will find a disinfectant in the entrance area on the heating.
- Write your name, the beginning and the end of the practice in the book in the entrance area.
- Follow the distance rules.
- If you don't want to be adjusted by the teacher, you can put a card next to your mat.
- If there is a lot going on, please complete the closing sequence in the next room.
- Please bring your own towel to disinfect the mat.
